PRE-ORDER RETURNS
The Princess and The Pea will issue a Store Credit for pre-order returns. The store credit will be the amount of the pre-order item or items less the 25% cancellation/return fee. Again, the amount paid towards a Pre-Order is eligible for a store credit only. Pre-orders that have been completely paid for and then canceled and or returned will receive store credit in the amount of the pre-order, less the cancellation fee.
SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS
For orders placed with multiple collections arriving on different delivery dates, the following will apply:
1) We will ship the first group free of charge if purchasing at least 5 or more outfits. Please reply to the message you receive immediately after checkout to help our office remember to adjust your total to reflect free shipping.
2) Each delivery thereafter will be charged regular shipping rate (See below).
3) If In-stock items are purchased with pre-orders, we will charge the usual frieght cost to ship the in-stock items and will ship the 1st pre-order free of charge. Additional Pre-Order shipments will be charged the regular shipping rates.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges to the USA are as follows:
Flat Rate $6 to ship one item.
The next 10 items will ship for $1.00 each
The next 10 items will ship for $0.50 each
The next 10 items will ship for $0.25 each
And every item after that is FREE shipping
Shipping to Greece:
First item flat rate $35.00
The next 10 items ship for $1.50 each
The next 10 items ship for $1.00 each
The next 10 items ship for $0.50 each
And every item after that is FREE shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The Princess and The Pea Boutique is happy to accept returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions. All merchandise returns must be within 10 days from date of purchase.
* Return requests must be made within 10 days from date of order.
* All returns require an authorization number. Kindly contact us requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. The Princess and The Pea Boutique will reply with an authorization number and instructions.
* Return Authorization number must be included inside the box.
* All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
